This homemade costume for couples entered our 2017 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Emily, the 'Orange Cone and Highway Safety' costume creator:
To make the orange cone, we used duct tape and orange poster board. The dress as a highway safety person you need a sign the says ‘slow/stop’, an orange reflector vest, and a construction hat. Cost about $25.
