This homemade costume for pets entered our 2017 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Dianne, the 'Oscar and Elmo' costume creator:
We colored our white shih tzu with spray green hair color and put him into a deep fryer pot, we added a few trash bags to the idea. Stanley is blind so we put him into a wagon with our grand daughter Abby dressed as Elmo.
