This homemade costume for pets entered our 2014 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Kristy, the 'Oscar the Grouch' costume creator:
My little boy Shane is wearing the costume. My husband started calling him Oscar the grouch because he did not take kindly to our new puppy. I used a Candy Container, Covered it with tin foil for the garbage can. Temporary hair spray color.
