This homemade costume for boys entered our 2020 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Kristen, the 'Oscar the Grouch' costume creator:
Kyson (7) Being stuck inside makes him grouchy so we decided to make him Oscar the Grouch. Used reusable item such as cardboard and went to the thrift store to find the long sleeve shirt. Spray paint was used for the trash can. We had fun putting it together.
