This homemade costume for boys entered our 2018 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Brendon, the 'Pacman Arcade' costume creator:
I'm 11 years old and I love old video games. With the help of my dad I was able to build a pacman video game costume from scratch. I'm able to walk around with the costume and other kids can play pacman and other video games through the pacman plug and play. So excited for Halloween this year!
