This homemade costume for families entered our 2018 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Melina, the 'PacMan Family' costume creator:
Our family dresses up every year, with this year as the 11th year. Our love for video games led us to dress up as the PacMan family. I used cardboard, paint, duct tape, and a box cutter. I drew out the shape for Mr and Mrs PacMan and the ghosts. Then I cut out the shape for each one. I used paint that I already had and painted them. After they dried, I used duct tape (which was the only thing I paid for) to the background and for the eyes. Duct tape was used for straps to complete the costumes.
