This homemade costume for pets entered our 2017 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Kayla, the 'Painted Skeleton Dog' costume creator:
This is our dog Sancho, he is a Xoloitzcuintli, an ancient aztec hairless dog! We painted him with body paints and it took about 2 hours, and he stood there and endured it like a champ! And then got lots of hot dogs later for pictures. We decided to do this because he’s from Mexico and we wanted to do something “Day Of The Dead” theamed!
