This homemade costume for boys entered our 2019 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Lisa, the 'Paletero Man' costume creator:
My grandson Myles is wearing the costume. We decided on his costume because of how much he loves mariachi music, the Mexican grocery store and snacks. His costume truly captured his personality! The cart was made from a small child’s shopping cart and styrofoam cooler. We hot glued various Mexican treats to the outside. His sombrero and poncho came from Amazon. Paletero Man is Spanish for Ice Cream Man.
