This homemade costume for couples entered our 2017 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Jackie, the 'Parking Ticket and Chicago Boot' costume creator:
Me and my boyfriend Danny. I have had several parking tickets in my lifetime and received the Chicago boot. Thought it would be a cute couples costume idea. I just took a display board and copied all the information off of a ticket that I had and painted it orange. The tire I cut a pair of tights and stuffed them with towels. The boot is just a bowl wrapped in a yellow table cloth. And a rolled up poster board .
