This homemade costume for girls entered our 2015 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Ashley, the 'Parrot' costume creator:
My daughter is wearing her parrot costume. She asked and I googled. Found a few things I liked and than put my twist into it. Dollar store boas, hot very hot lol glue gun, felt and for the beak a set of two Devils horn cut and glued together. A set of red wings and more glue and boas. Rubber gloves for feet. My girlie was so proud and so was I.
