This homemade costume for babies entered our 2015 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Divya, the 'Parrot in a Tree' costume creator:
My baby boy is wearing a red parrot costume, made by me (his mom). I'm a tree.
I wanted to make a costume where I could carry him with me and make it a theme somehow. Parrot and a tree fit the bill. I bought a red overall and made the feather from red, blue, yellow fabric. It was a hit! Here are the pics.. Enjoy!
