This homemade costume for kids entered our 2015 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Jeannie, the 'Parrot' costume creator:
He wanted to be a bird but was unable to find a good costume at the store so we decided to make our own. Lots of boas and a base ball cap with craft foam for the nose.
