This homemade costume for families entered our 2018 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Bianca, the 'Party Time, Excellent!' costume creator:
My 2 1/2 year old daughter Olive is Wayne and I am Garth. Every year we try to do a funny costum, an iconic duo together. Her hair sometimes looks like a mullet, and she loves giving the rock and roll symbol and saying “Schwing!” It was only fitting.
