This homemade costume for babies entered our 2015 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Dima, the 'Patty Wagon Cop' costume creator:
This is my daughter dressed as police officer that drives the prisoner wagons. I took a box and built it around a push wagon. I glue gunned a smaller box in front. I covered both boxes with white paper and added decals. I glued together 2 solo cups with a flashing light inside. I dressed as a prisoner in an orange jump suit and pushed my daughter in her prisoner wagon.
