This homemade costume for pets entered our 2015 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Victoria, the 'Paw Witch' costume creator:
Lily is wearing the costume made by my mom. She made it because Lily is a mixed breed, and it is difficult to find things that fit her. Normally it would not matter, but Lily gets cold easy and does not like being cold. This cape and hat were crochet by my mom.
