My cute 5 month old daughter, Bailey, is all dressed up as a Peacock for her first Halloween! I wanted something cute a girlie for her costume and decided on a peacock after scouring the Internet for ideas. Hobby Lobby had everything I needed from fabric, feathers, and bows!
