This homemade costume for girls entered our 2019 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Vivian, the 'Peacock' costume creator:
My daughter had been wanting to dress up as a peacock for a while. We bought the dress from either Amazon or Walmart and the tail it came with did not look very good at all. So, we went to Hobby Lobby and got the peacock feathers. The Ostridge feathers came from Amazon. The leggings and the shirt underneath came from bealls. The hairclip and arm bands came from Party City. The overall cost was about $100.
