This homemade costume for babies entered our 2012 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from T, the 'Peacock Princess' costume creator:
2 yr old daughter wearing real peacock feathers made by us, her parents. Had the idea of a peacock because she's admired them for about 6 months now. The idea just came to me when thinking how to make it as realistic as possible.
