This homemade costume for women entered our 2014 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Samantha, the 'Peacocks' costume creator:
As seniors in colleg my bestfriend maya and I knew our final costume of halloween weekend would have to be unforgettable. We chose to test our creativity and make these homemade peacock costumes. Tutus made from scratch, bandeaus made from scratch and everything else pieces together from craft store findings. Certainly our best costumes yet!
