This homemade costume for babies entered our 2015 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Amanda, the 'Pebbles' costume creator:
My 11 month old daughter Presley is wearing a hand made pebbles costume that I bought off eBay from a grandma who makes them. My husband and I took her to the pumpkin patch and needless to say, she loved being dressed up around the pumpkins!
