Pebbles Flintstone Dog Costume

Sadie is a 3 year old Shipoo. I decided I wanted to do a flintstone theme using my dog as Pebbles since she is my baby. I designed a flintstone car by using a cardboard box. The wheels are rolled up bubble wrap with fabric covering. I used pool noodles cut in half for the sides and painted with textured paint. The frame are dowelled wood painted and held with Velcro on the bottom/inside of the cardboard box. Fabric was used to drape over the top and back, was cut to make window and jiggered along the front. Inside the car the dashboard, seat and steering wheel were Styrofoam. I used a glue gun to hold everything together. I spent approximately $100. The paint was the most due to the noodles kept sucking up the paint. I had to do several coats. I chose these materials because they were easy to carry, light, and able to fit in the vehicle.
