This homemade costume for babies entered our 2015 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Kalley, the 'Pebbles' costume creator:
My 1 year old daughter Kayla is wearing the costume I made for her. She is pebbles with a new look. The bone is made out of an old shirt, the tutu is made out of fabrics and she has the green shirt with the black triangles along with the Baby blue pants.
