Hello this is my son wearing his penny wise costume made by his grandmother by the way his sister plays Georgie from the movie. Ever since he saw the movie he is obsessed with penny wise his birthday is coming up in a week and he will wear the costume again since he love it so much. His hair is made out of a bald cap and makeup is white paint from party city water based. For any questions I will be more than happy to answer
