This homemade costume for boys entered our 2017 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Arleen, the 'Penny Wise the Dancing Clown' costume creator:
My son is wearing a home made Penny Wise costume made from scratch . His costume includes wig which is sewed on to bald cap . The entire costume was homemade by grandmother . The shoes have real laces on them and he is wearing lime yellow contacts to top off the look along with finger gloves that have claws .
