Pennywise 2017 Costume

My 6 year old daughter wanted to be the new 2017 pennywise ... I look everywhere for a costume and nothing came up .. so I had to make everything by hand even the wig .. I found a little boy white outfit at a goodwill and glued red balls ,strings and bells to make a creepy noise when she walked or dance .. the wig I had to purchase a old man grey wig and cut and sprayed it orange than shaped it with really good hairspray.. the hole costume cost around $40 and I couldn’t be any happier with the way it came out
