This store bought costume for girls entered our 2019 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Amy, the 'Pennywise and Georgie' costume creator:
My daughter, Selena age 11 is Pennywise. Her dog Carl is Georgie. We ordered the Pennywise costume. Carl already had his yellow raincoat. I made the boat (S.S. Georgie) out of poster board and duct tape. I used a ribbon for the handle. She LOVED this costume! Everyone got a laugh out of little Georgie.
