This homemade costume for babies entered our 2017 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Jennifer, the 'Pennywise' costume creator:
This is my 2 year old grandson, Braylin. I made the costume with old lace curtains and a simple shirt and pants, with extra satin fabric and tulle! Shocked at how well it turned out! Makeup was standard white paste with the matte finish lipstick for the red. My daughter is a single mom, so playing dress up has always been fun for this little guy!
