This homemade costume for girls entered our 2019 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Brittany, the 'Pennywise' costume creator:
My daughter has watched the original and the new it movie and loved both. She insisted she wanted to be pennywise for Halloween. So I just looked up a few photos and free handed her makeup. She absolutely loves showing off her awesome costume. She is 4 years old and has such an amazing personality for this creative costume.
