Pennywise & his Red Balloon Costume

My eight year old sister donned the iconic Pennywise suit, complete with red hair and applied makeup. My father served as the widely known balloon accessory, his entire head painted red with a string tied to his beard for “Pennywise” to hold. It was my dads idea- we love this time of year and wanted to take the opportunity to explore a fun idea he had concocted.
