This homemade costume for men entered our 2015 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Kristina, the 'Pennywise the Clown' costume creator:
My husband created this costume inspired by the popular Stephen King movie "It". The fabric cost a total of $15 as most of it was purchased from a department store that was going out of business for $5. He sewed the jumpsuit and arms and made pom poms for the front. Additionally, he made a red velvet vest to wear over top. The mask is officially licensed and was purchased online from a Halloween retailer.
