This homemade costume for boys entered our 2017 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Jo, the 'Pennywise the Clown' costume creator:
12 year old Jackson Hedgpeth wanted to be Pennywise this year. This was my interpretation, and made completely from my fabric stash, which I had picked up over the last year or so at Goodwill Outlet in St. Louis. I looked at pictures provided of the character and just made the pattern and sewed it all together. He was thrilled, gets to wear it to 4 different events.
