This homemade costume for babies entered our 2019 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Michelle, the 'Pennywise the Dancing Clown' costume creator:
My 1 year old daughter Adeline is dressed up as Pennywise from Steven King's It. I made her costume using a gray onsie that I sewed red pom poms on. I ordered a gray tutu from etsy and sewed on some white ruffle trim to the onsie. Her boots are from Old Navy, I just glued pom poms on. The overall cost for her costume was about 20 bucks! Tip for painting babies faces: do it in their sleep!! Adeline made her costume shine through with her hilarious personality and all natural RED hair!
