This homemade costume for girls entered our 2018 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Justin, the 'Pennywise The Dancing Clown' costume creator:
My family and I are huge movie buffs and my wife loves horror well we let our kids watch some without reason and my 8 year old daughter wanted to be pennywise.
We started our costume with a 1970s vintage wedding dress and send from there keep the bust altered it to fit our daughter then went from there . We used lace, silk, tool and several other different shades of cream an white made a red tool petti coat to go under it accented the costume with some red and some red shoes... and my daughter played the part spectacularly.
