Pennywise the Dancing Clown Costume

I patterned and sewed this entire costume from scratch. I even made the head prosthetic. I have never been something super scary before and I saw the new IT and realized that was what I was going to be for Halloween. I am a theatrical costume designer/stitcher for a living and I made the pattern for the jacket and the pants I made the piping that runs in the seams and I made the pompom balls on the jacket and also the Ruff.
The head prosthetic was me pulling nude spandex over quilters batting that was on a head form of my size. I painted over it and that gave it a very bulbous head shape. I then took orange hair and created a hairpiece that then got stitched to the bald cap.
I also crafted some rodent-esque teeth that he had in the movie.
