Pennywise the Dancing Clown Costume

My 2 year old son, Jasper, is Pennywise the Dancing Clown. I took lace from a hand me down gown and made cuffs for his arms, legs, and neck ruffle. I hand sewed it around the arms and legs. The neck ruffle is separate so he can take it off if it bothers him. Isewed some cheese cloth into a ruffle of sorts for his waist.I soaked the costume in a tea bath to give it an aged look. I made 5 yarn pom poms. 3 for his shirt and 2 to go on his shoes. This was so simple and total cost was around $20.
