This homemade costume for babies entered our 2017 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Grayson, the 'Pennywise' costume creator:
My 2 year old son is wearing a Pennywise costume we made from several pieces of girls clothing, lace for the neck piece and ruffles and red yarn used for making the buttons. We got the idea after watching the movie "IT" earlier this year.
