This homemade costume for girls entered our 2017 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Jodi, the 'Pennywise' costume creator:
Just a mom creating DIY costumes yearly for my kid/s. With the recent release of "IT," naturally one of my kids wanted to dress up as Pennywise. Originally, my son took interest first. He decided to go a different clown route (doesn't like his face painted) so my 8 year old daughter Colbie jumped on the IT wagon! I scored all costume clothing from my local Goodwill and painted her face using a combination of Halloween face paint and Elf brand makeup. I added the finishing touch with a red balloon, of course! Take it!
