This homemade costume for boys entered our 2017 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Micaela, the 'Pennywise 2017' costume creator:
My son who is 9 years old is wearing the handmade pennywise costume and mask made my me his grandma and his aunt. The mask I made it out of paper mache using a balloon and the hair I got an wig and cut it and style it to make it looks like pennywise the outfit was made by material you buy at Walmart and his boots are made of duct tape made each of the Pom poms balls and glue them to the costume and the ruffles also I think the costume costume about $30 to make maybe less
