This homemade costume for boys entered our 2017 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Nicole, the 'Pennywise' costume creator:
My son, Dylan wanted to be something scary this year. His older brothers showed him the clown from "It". That's what he went with. I got the clothing from a thrift store. I made the red balls with yarn and sewn them on. I sprayed his hair red and did the makeup. O! Can't forget the 1 red, helium balloon!
