This homemade costume for boys entered our 2017 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Starlet, the 'Pennywise' costume creator:
My 8 yr old son Tyler wanted to be pennywise from the movie IT. We couldn't find the exact costume so we had to improvise. He wore a tutu around his neck and alot of make up. He was banned from lunch outside at school because it was too scary for the other kids.
