This homemade costume for boys entered our 2017 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Amanda, the 'Pennywise' costume creator:
My son Noah wanted to be Penny Wise from the movie IT! I made his wig by cutting an orange wig and turning the front around to make a widows peak. I made the ruffles on his costume out of coffee filters I cut the middle out of and folded in half and glued together. I made the red circles on the front out of red fuzzy craft balls.
