This homemade costume for girls entered our 2017 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Arielle, the 'Pennywise' costume creator:
My daughter is wearing her homemade Pennywise costume. Her dad took her to see the new movie and that’s what started the costume. We ended up finding a fabric that was camouflage, but we used it backwards for the silver. We also used a mix of several patterns.
