This homemade costume for boys entered our 2018 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Brandy, the 'Pennywise' costume creator:
This is Stryker, he is 3-years old! When we showed him a picture of Pennywise and asked him if he wanted to be that for Halloween he got a big smile on his face and said yes!!! So I started researching/looking for a toddler Pennywise costume and couldn’t find one! So on to amazon I went and found the clothes, then to hobby lobby for red and white puffy balls and ribbons. The neck prices is made out of coffee filters (thanks to Pinterest).
He loved how it turned out and was asking other kids “would you like a balloon”!!
