This homemade costume for girls entered our 2017 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Jason, the 'Pennywise' costume creator:
This is my 3 year daughter Austyn, we thought since the movie “It” was so popular why not let a little girl dress up as pennywise (creepy😂)....we used face paint, fabric tulle, spray paint, sweatshirt, had to sew a lot of the costume....
