Pennywise Costume

I made this costume for my 3 year old son Early. He loves the old IT movie and wanted to be pennywise for Halloween. I couldn't find the costume in toddlers so I went and bought all the fabric to make the costume. I had to measure the body suit using his clothes, but I had to make it a little bit bigger. Then I just cut the purple and blue fabric into strips so I can make the arm stripes. I also used mini stirafoam project balls for the pom poms on the chest area and used the red dye spray to spray in his hair. I also bought face paint, and balloons from Walmart. He loved the costume and so did our friends and family.
