This homemade costume for kids entered our 2018 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Brittany, the 'Pennywise' costume creator:
This is my niece Aylin Grace dressed up as Steven King’s Pennywise! The idea came from an inspiration on Pinterest and was handmade by Aylin’s great grandma Robyn and Auntie Beeky! What we did to make this costume happen: Found an old hoodie and leggings at a thrift store and made ruffles with old wash cloths. Tool was used to make the puffy head piece. We used a Halloween makeup set to make this look and fake blood for scary effect!!
