This homemade costume for girls entered our 2019 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Wendy, the 'Pennywise' costume creator:
My kids Angel and Mia decided they wanted to be pennywise from the “It” movie, most Halloween stores did not have “kid size” so we got them adult sizes and with a few adjustments, got it just right ☺️
