This homemade costume for boys entered our 2019 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Rachel, the 'Pennywise' costume creator:
My 7 year old wanted to be pennywise, even though he hasn't seen the movie. My mother took a picture and a patter for pajamas and made the costume . I took a plain wig and added and painted his face. My husband took Plain black boots and painted them .
