This homemade costume for boys entered our 2019 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Kelsey, the 'Pennywise' costume creator:
My son who is 3 is wearing costume. The idea can from the IT movies. We made the costume, wig, and painted boots. The wig was made from red yarn and a white tshirt. This is my sons favorite movie and he rocked this costume. These are photos I took of my soon after downtown trick or treating in our town.
