This homemade costume for babies entered our 2019 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Marialysia, the 'Pennywise' costume creator:
This is my 16.5 month old daughter. I love Halloween and horror movies so I it a no brainer she needed an awesome costume. I bought a shirt online and some leggings and added all the rest myself. I added the Pompoms tulle ruffles, used the scrapes for a belt.
